You woke up to a light pressure on your face. You groaned a bit before turned onto your side. You wanted to sleep. Suddenly, you felt a finger poke your cheek. You swatted at it.

"Go away, you grumbled, burying your head into your blanket.

"Really (name)? I just wanted to say goodbye before I left.." a voice chuckled near your ear.

At that, your eyes shot open and were met by golden brown eyes that were very close to your face.

"Ack!"

You scrambled backwards, and hit your head against the wall.

"Owwww…"

Lovino laughed softly. "Well good morning to you too (name)."

He sat down lightly on your bed.

"Here, let me see."

Gentle hands ran over your head, pulling you close, your heart skipped a beat, and you felt yourself blushing at your proximity to the Italian.

"I'm fine Lovino! Really!" you tried to shake his hand off, but failed. To be honest, you weren't trying that hard. Lovino could tell, and wrapped his arms around your neck and pulled so that he could give you a hug.

"I think I'm really going to miss you ragazza," he murmured.

You hid your face into his shoulder. "Well I'm going to miss you too.." you sighed.

Somewhere in the house, you heard Gilbert yell, "Boss! We have to go now! Our plane leaves in a few hours!"

You made a face, and tried to back up, but Lovino didn't let you.

"They can wait a few more minutes.." he muttered, nuzzling his face in your hair. You blushed, but let him stay. After about five more minutes of comfortable silence, you spoke.

"Lovino, you should really go now."

All he did in response was hold you close.

"Loviiiii…"

He pulled away, and held you arms width apart.

"Don't call me that.." he grumbled halfheartedly, standing up.

You smiled a bit at his gruffness, then followed him out of your room towards the front entrance, where everyone else in Lovino's crew was milling around, waiting for their boss to arrive.

A chorus of "Finally!"s sounded as the two of you rounded the corner of the hallway. You looked at your friends. They really looked like the Mafia now, decked out in nice suits, ties, and fedoras.

Lovino ignored their complaints. "Everyone loaded?" he asked.

There was a murmur of confirmation.

"Is (name) coming with us too?" Gilbert asked.

You made a face at his question. Lovino glanced at you from the corner of his ees before replaying, "No. It is too dangerous. She should be safe here. The only other one who is going to be here is my nonno, and he is going to be no harm."

Your eyes brightened when you remembered that you would have some company during the next few days. Gilbert pouted a bit, then approached you with a now-familiar smirk.

"Then can I have a kiss for luck, frau?" he asked with a wink.

You scowled, but before you could reply, Lovino moved so that he was between you and the advancing Prussian.

"No. She cannot do that," the Mafioso said between clenched teeth.

Gilbert laughed, but backed off. "So is she your frau now boss?" he said teasingly.

You did your best to stop a blush from forming on your face. Lovino scowled at the Prussian.

"We're moving out now everyone! We're late!"

Antonio and Francis cracked up at that. "Ohonhonhon.. in denial boss?"

Said boss growled. "Car. Now."

Francis retreated, still chortling. You couldn't help but laugh as well at Lovino's flustered actions. You poked your head out from behind his body.

"Well bye guys! You better get back home soon! Alive, preferably," you smiled.

Feliciano came up to you, and ignoring his brother's protests, pulled you into a bear hug.

"Veh, I will miss you bella!"

You hugged back, saying, "I'll miss you too Feli.."

Then the bubbly Italian was shoved away as Antonio glomped you.

"You'll miss me too, si?"

You laughed. "Sure, why not?"

The Spaniard grinned, and kissed you on the cheek, which earned a squeak and a blush from you, and a strangled sound from Lovino. Antonio heard it, and flashed a wink and a grin at him before hightailing it to the car.

Feli frowned. "Me too bella!" and with that, he kissed you on the other cheek.

Lovino just growled, glowering in your direction. You took note of this and pulled away from his brother, then walked over the mafia boss. You smiled at him before giving a gentle kiss on the cheek and a hug. He stiffened before relaxing and hugging you back with a small sigh on contentment. He pulled away to lean down and put his mouth next to your ear.

"(Name)? do you get embarrassed easily?"

You cocked your head a little to the side, confused. "No, not really.."

Lovino smirked. "Good."

Before you could ask him why he asked that, he took your face in his hands and kissed you. You blushed, and gently kissed him back, wrapping your arms around his neck. The Italian grinned a little against your lips and pulled you even closer, ignoring the cat calls that were sounding from the car where everyone was watching.

After a while, you needed air, and pulled away, breathing hard. Lovino sighed a little, and hugged you for a long time, before letting go.

"I'll be back soon ragazza, don't worry," he said softly.

You nodded. "You'd better. I'll see you soon than, Lovi." You smirked a little as you used the new nickname.

"Don't call me that!" he grumbled, but you caught the smallest hint of a smile on his face. You laughed, kissed him on the cheek, and pushed him lightly towards the car.

"Keep safe Lovino!" you called.

He smiled at you, and replied, "Of course. Take care (name)," before getting into the car.

You waved towards the car as it sped away, and with a sigh, walked back into the house. It would be a long three days.
